1-Hour Solo Saxophone Performance

Cancellation Policy

-Payment must be paid in full before the scheduled performance time. Ric reserves the right to not perform if the performance fee is not paid in full. -Cancellations may be made three days prior to the scheduled booking. If the booking is cancelled within five days, The client agrees to pay the booking fee in full. -2 complimentary tickets are required for Ric to use at his sole discretion for his manager and/or an assistant. -A sound check will be required if Ric will be using the venue's equipment or any other equipment provided. -In the event the booking cannot reasonably be fulfilled because of unpredictable occurrences such as an act of nature, government, or illness/disability to Ric, no portion of the fee is due. A rescheduled event may be negotiated on the same terms as this agreement. -The venue will be of sufficient size to safely conduct the performance. The venue is of stable construction and sufficiently protected from weather, and that there will be adequate security and/or emergency medical responders available if foreseeably necessary. The Client maintains sufficient personal injury/property insurance for venue sufficient to cover foreseeable claims.
